The ways used to access personal information is by using a user name which is the unique combination of characters that are create to access the personal information.Beside that,there are also password which is the combination of characters that we used for security of our private information and data and with this password,only the user can enter and see the information.

In addition,the culprits use spam to access our personal information.So that,we must not reply any spam messages for any reasons.Besides that,we also should not publish our private information such as our I/C card,telephone number etc into myspace,yahoo messenger,friendster in order to avoid the culprits to steal our personal information for their own sake.

Besides that,we also should use the biometric devices such as fingerprints,voice and etc.These are to make sure that person of that personal data is correct and not the culprit or any person.We also can use security device such as PIN number or bank card.

We also must not tell others about our password or PIN number even our good friends because no one should be trusted as they might steal and publish our personal information to others.
